Shipping Areas

TrackManufaktur ships orders within Germany, throughout the European Union, and worldwide.

Shipping availability for certain countries may vary due to local import regulations or shipping restrictions.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via DHL.

Depending on the destination country or package size, alternative shipping carriers may occasionally be used.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Products currently in stock are usually processed and shipped within 1–10 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is temporarily unavailable, restocking may take up to approximately 3 weeks.

If an order contains both available and unavailable items, shipment may be delayed until all products are ready for dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
  • European Union: approx. 3–10 business days
  • International: depending on destination country

Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance or local delivery services.

Customs Duties, Import Fees and Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of such charges is determined by the destination country.

TrackManufaktur has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped, where available.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, the condition should be documented immediately and TrackManufaktur should be contacted as soon as possible.
